Terms of Service

Effective date: June 4, 2026

These terms govern the use of Adminless ("the service"), operated by Albert Kobiakov, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine. By creating an account or connecting an Instagram professional account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and delete data and forms part of these terms.

Adminless is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms or Instagram.

The service

Adminless connects your Instagram professional account and, on your behalf: receives customer direct messages, generates and sends AI-assisted replies based on the knowledge base and persona you configure, and publishes content you request. A dashboard lets you review conversations and manage the configuration.

Eligibility and your account

• The service is for businesses. You must be authorized to act for the business and for the Instagram professional account you connect. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to connect the account and to allow the service to process messages and publish content on its behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• The service is currently offered as a private pilot; access is by invitation and free of charge unless agreed otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Use the service in compliance with applicable law, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and the Meta Platform Terms.
• No spam, harassment, deception, or messaging people who have not initiated a conversation with your account.
• You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and persona, and for reviewing how the assistant represents your business.
• You must not use the service to provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice unless you are legally authorized to do so and the use complies with applicable law.

AI-generated content

Replies are generated by a machine-learning model from the configuration you provide. While the assistant is designed to stay grounded in your knowledge base, AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the assistant configuration and for monitoring replies sent from your account; you remain responsible for the communications sent from your account and should keep your knowledge base accurate and up to date.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, particularly during the pilot phase, and will use reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes in advance. During the private pilot, the service may change frequently and certain features may be experimental.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, during the free pilot, to zero).

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time: disconnect your Instagram account from the dashboard and/or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the platform, and may also suspend access if your use creates security, legal, platform-compliance or reputational risk. Data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts of Ukraine.
